CHANGES TO TELEPHONE AND VIDEO VISITATION SERVICES

Effective Wednesday, December 9, 2020

The Sheriff's Office is in the process of transitioning the inmate telephone and video visitation services from Legacy to ICSolutions.  Legacy and ICSolutions are working together to transition these services as smoothly and timely as possible.  All Telephone services will be interrupted periodically on December 9, 2020 while the switch is made and any issues that arise are resolved. Video visitation services will transition from Legacy to ICSolutions between December 9, 2020 and December 11, 2020 and friends and family should be able to start scheduling visits starting on December 14, 2020.  Visits will be required to be scheduled 24 hours in advance.

The new rate per minute for telephone calls is $0.10 and the new rate for a thirty-minute remote visit is $5.00 plus any applicable fees.  While the COVID-19 restrictions continue to keep our on-site visitation services closed, remote visitation will be the only public visitation offered.  Once these restrictions are lifted, free on-site video visitation will resume.

The Sheriff's Office has been advised by ICSolutions that they are working with Legacy to transfer any remaining pre-paid telephone time. ICSolutions is expecting this transfer to take place on December 9, 2020 if no issues arise. Because pre-paid time is an agreement and transaction between the vendor and the consumer, all requests for refunds need to be requested from the vendor.  Once the transfer is made from Legacy to ICSolutions, inmates released from the facility with pre-paid money on their account, will be provided with instructions on how to request a refund.

This page and the inmate information page will be updated as new information becomes available.
