The purpose of large lot subdivision procedure and requirements are to ensure that such large lot subdivisions are created with proper regard to the provisions of proper utility and road access, adequate drainage and conform to the applicable laws and regulations, and the adopted written policies, standards, and plans of affected government jurisdictions in order to protect the public health and safety.
The large lot subdivision review is a two (2) step process:
- Preliminary approval will include conditions which must be met before
- Final plat approval is issued and the subdivision is recorded.

- Site Plan Review Application and Site Plan
- Large Lot Subdivision Application & Submittal Checklist (Preliminary Approval)
- SEPA Environmental Checklist (if identified during the above Site Plan Review)
- Subdivision Final Review Application (Final Approval)
- Record with GHC Auditor
